As I look I'm wondering if you'd like to share my view And see if you can guess who we are from what we then will do. She's Mrs. Jack Eaton now, mother of two. She knows that there's always plenty to do. A gas station owner this boy has become. He makes spark plugs fire and motors hum. The last payment is due on a dream house in brown, For she and Ronnie L. are living in town. Dousing diapers with diligence this girl we see, And now she is happy with another Ronnie. A music teacher she became And look! she 's even changed her name. Elementary children are met with smiles As this happy teacher walks down the aisles. Married to an auto mechanic, this girl certainly oughta, Be busy enough with two little autos Married to Dal and happily Our littlest senior now we see. Teaching Phys. Ed to girls she is' And still at tennis, she 's quite a whiz. Breaking test tubes at Du Pont was her aim And this she 's accomplished and changed her name From cameras to autos he quickly went, And finds no trouble in paying the rent. She's an office worker and very happy She does her work so efficiently. Engaged in accounting this boy we see, And also a lovely family. A degree from Hope and also a man, t She's teaching her children as well she can! LOOKING BACK - AND AHEAD 15. A bachelor and history teacher I'1l be, Said he. But what 's this we see? The father of three ? 16. A construction worker because of his size He now builds rockets to fly through the skies. 1'7. At Intermediate Algebra she certainly fizzled. But as a chemical engineer she has sizzled. 18. She got a glorious tan on Miami Beach But her blond hair never needs a bleach. 19. Still trying to improve all of his knowledge, He's the shortest boy in any college. 20. She went from North Clymer to Los Angeles fast Her high school days are far in the past. 21. These two we know are happily wed And of this family, he is the head. 22. Instead of a singer as well she might be She works in a lab and is mother of three. 23. A career in drafting has won him fame. And basketball still is his favorite game. 24. Instead of a camera a pencil in hand He's now an engineer and plays in a band. 25. Her dream of touring England now has come true. And good enough for her, she 's married too 26. A red -haired lab technician we see, She also cooks meals for a certain he . 27. They are under the leadership of Mr. TeWinkle, the guidance counsellor. Leola Dunnewold, Annie Barringer, Judy Davis, and Charles Burroughs are the Senior members of this organization. Mary Anna Beuter, Marian Wiltsie, and Gary Evans represent the Junior Class. Eleanor Wenzel and Nancy Tewinkle are the probationary members from the Sophomore Class. The Senior and Junior members receive gold pins as a symbol of the society. The Sophomore members receive cards and are subject to affirmation as full members in the future. Only fifteen percent of the Senior Class and ten per- cent of the Junior Class are chosen to be in the organization. Seven percent of the Sopho- mores are chosen as proba- tionary members. The members of this or- ganization have completed a banner representing the So- ciety and have finished a map showing the placement of Cly- mer School alumni. The induc- tion ceremony for the new mem- bers this year was arranged by the members of this organiza- tion with the aid of Mr. Te- Winkle. K x LASSE me Eager food samplers in Room 18. The rehearsals are all for a fine cause as evidenced in the achievements of the band at the Music Festival at Fredonia. Upon attending the Christmas or spring concerts, one finds that all of those noises have gone together to create some lovely num- bers. The chorus, under the direction of Mr. Zettervall, performed at the two concerts pre- viously mentioned as well as at Open House, the Music Festival at Fredonia, and the Baccalaureate service. In March, the operetta, Babes in Toyland , was presented and enjoyed by all. Officers of this fine organization are: President . . . . . . .Charles McCann Vice-President . . . . . Mrs. Tar- bell, coming over from Corry every Thursday, is the capable teacher of these girls. MAJORETTES There were only two majorettes this year, Judy Hoffman, and Kathy Damon. Nevertheless, they have been active in various school activities, both here and in other schools. They have worked up numerous new routines including a special flag routine. 1918 +5454 , U On a warm Saturday in June, southpaw Bruce Hoffman pitched the 1957 Clymer baseball team to a Section VI Championship. This was the climax to a highly successful season. Backing up the pitcher on the road to victory were his battery mate, Dale Bemisg first basemen Leo Wiggersp shortstop, Gary Evansg third baseman, Larry Bensinkg fielders, Dick Bensink, Quentin Bensink, Bill Wiggers and Ron Willey. Aiding Clymer's cause on the mound was Harvey Oonk. Losing only two players by graduation, our team is looking forward to an equally successful year in 1958.
