CLASS FLOWER Blue Carnation CLASS COLORS Blue and Silver SENIOR CLASS HISTORY About 1937 a great event occurred! The graduates of '55 were born. We started out in the first grade with Miss Wehr, Miss Cleveland, and Mrs. Grey as our teachers. In the second grade we had our great toy band and most of us had Miss Bertha as our teacher. In the third grade We were playing high water, low watern and had lots of fun going to the movies and, Oh! How the boys enjoyed crawling under their seats and scaring the girls! You should have heard those girls squeal! This year is when We were really just beginning to Write. A new subject came up in the fourth grade -Geography! with Miss Rule as our teacher. About this time is when we began to play Chase and having loads of fun, especially when the boys caught the girls, fremember what happenedj ? This year We also had lots of fun when we Went to the zoo in Toledo. Mrs. Greek liked to read us stories in the sixth grade, and liked us to try to touch our toes so she could exercise her paddle. What about the time when We were all busy pick- ing up the beads that Mrs. Greek had lost from her necklace! By the way, how about some of the coinci- dences when Don Taylor's tongue froze to the slide on the play ground and Tom Smith's froze to something else. Wasn't it Donnie Taylor Who also took all the boys' pants? What a disaster! !
