Our class officers for that year were: President, Judy Lane; Vice-President, Lynn Deel; Secretary-Treasurer, Ruben Belcher; and Reporter, Mitzi Wright. Balance in treasury at end of year - none, we were broke. August 26, 1964, Ninth Grade Our class entered with 209 members. Officers were; Glenn Ander- son, Pres.; Sheri Deel, Vice-Pres. ; Paul Phipps, Sec-treas.; and Benny Yates, Reporter. As the class ended the year it had $3. 50 in its treasury. August 24, 1965, Tenth Grade We were now sophomores and allowed to attend the Senior high assemblies. Our class numbered 164. Officers were: Ruben Belcher, Pres.; Larry Baker, Vice-Pres.; Pam Hughes, Sec.-treas.; and Ronnie Elkins Reporter. Activities included the Sadie Hawkins Sockhop, bake sales, candy sales, and various activities in which we slaved to build up our treasury. August 26, 1966, Eleventh Grade Our main goal was the Prom. After careful meditation for this eventful year we chose our officers carefully as follows: Pam Hughes, Pres.; Benny Yates, Vice-Pres; Barbara Beverly, Secretary; David King, Treasurer; Susan Barrett, Reporter. We did much throughout this year to build our treasury. Our activities were selling candy, CHS banners, and magazines, bake sales, and our homecoming sock-hop. Then came the day we ordered our rings. Just one more year to go. August 23, 1967, Seniors Officers were: David King, Pres. ; Benny Yates, Vice-Pres; Lana Puckett, Sec.; Danny Chrisco and Danny Lambert, Treas.; and Ruben Belcher, Reporter.
