SENIOR CLASS HISTORY In September 1937, there were fifty members who entered the freshmen class. All members were eagerly looking forward to the next four years of their school days. During the junior year our class took an act- ive part in schcol activities. We presented a play Mama’s Baby Boy , which was a success. We used the proceeds to sponsor a junior and senior banquet, Old Fashion Garden . In September 1940 our class had dropped to fortynine members. This year wo have taken part in all school activities and feel wc have made a good record. A member of our class won the F.F.A. pub- lic speaking contest. The F.F.A. officicrs won the contest conducting a meeting using parliamentary rules. Ten have been on the basketball teams; one of the girls was selected on the all county team. Four members of our class wore regulars on the football team. We also sponsored a who's who con- test. We are proud of what we have accomplished and feel that our foundation is strong enough to give us a boost in our future work.
