We, the seniors, being of superior mind and expansive body do hereby will to the juniors and the salesmanship classes our super salesmanship qualities, our favorable influence upon the teachers to all the students, our vocabulary to Mr. Evans, our experience to the green freshmen, the water tower to the juniors because we lack people with high ambitions, and to the sophomores a sophisticated future as upperclassmen. I, Elwood Adams, Jr. will my wavy hair to John Lund and my position in the band to anyone who wants it bad enough. I, Robert Adcock, will my bib overalls to Miss Tull. I, Doris Allen, will my giggle to Nita Barnhill. I. Arthur Armstrong, will my ability to go out for studying in a big way to Tonto Perry. I, Joyce Armstrong, will my ability to go out with all the boys, to Linda Scogin. I, William H. Ashby, will my warm spot by the radiator in the east building, to Joyce..........ALONE. I, Godlie Bateson, will my capability in the cafeteria to Shirley Fatheree. I, Goldie Bell, will my anxiety about physical education to Artis Winstead. I, Doris Benefiel, will my long hair to Doris Koons. I, Sherril Bishop, will my beaver eagerness about my studies to John Bianucci. I, Jack Booker, will my ability to get BLUE excuses ? to Ron Stout. I, Virginia Bowles, will my splendid management of slumber? parties to Monica Miller. I, Carolynn Bowling, will my naturally dark eyebrows to Helen Chapman in hopes that she will use them for a good cause. I, Jim Cooper, will my ability to get straight A” to Betty Polston. I, Joan Crowe, will my bleached streak of hair to Mary Beth Rhoades to replace her green one. I, Marilyn Cullers, will all my witty jokes to Marilyn Summers in hopes that she will learn some better ones. I, Arthur Day, will my bookkeeping title Slow and Accurate to Dick Ferry. I, Martha DeBois, will my very white teeth to Mary Ellen Sullivan.

Clinton - June 10, 1954 Robert Ruble has taken over the Rexall Drug Store on the north side of the square in Clinton. Clinton - Feb. 12, 1966 It was announced by the President of the Board of Education, Ronald Feaman, that Robert Ellis, the famous New York architect, has signed a contract to design for the Clinton school district an ultra-modern high school building. Robert Myers will work with Mr. Ellis as chief engineer. Harrold Ashby will dc in charge of the interior decoration and Phil Chesnek has been contracted to construct the building. The landscaping contract has been offered to Darrel Eldridge and his partner Paul Cole. Vote for James North for Sheriff. The above clippings were collected over a period of twenty years from various newspapers by Sandra Rainey. Seniors win Crowell-Collier magazine trophy for taking in over S 1800 in magazine subscriptions.

I, Martha Lampe, will my noisy heel caps to Sylvia Dobbs. I, Patty Lane, will my curly hair to Mary Polen Huff. I, Helen Lawson, will my third hour monitor post in the north corridor to Manly Gregory. I, Vernon Leinweber, will my 180 horsepower V 8 Ford to Bobby Burger so he can go to Wapella every night.
