ChJiiL MR. RICHARD RALPH Mr. Ralph: We of the Class of 1953 wish to express our sincere gratitude for your guidance during our years of school. It seems only yesterday that we were confused Freshmen with what seemed to be four long years ahead of us. But through the friendly understand- ing of you and the faculty, these years have become a cherished memory to us all. We now have reached a long-awaited goal in our young lives, and we know the knowledge and experience we have gained here will help us to become better and more worthwhile citizens. In the future, as we take this book down from the shelf, the happy thoughts of our old high school days will come flowing back to us. Now as we all must take that eventful step into a world filled with joys and sorrows unforseen by many of us, we wish to thank you, Mr. Ralph and the School, who have acted as guiding lights and an inspiration to us all, and we wish to extend to you our utmost appreciation. THE SENIORS [9}
