Composed of wing-level council officers and five presiding officers elected on a school-wide ballot, the S.C.A. supplies students with the opportunity to expand their responsibilities and to develop leadership and cooperation. Each student has the chance to voice his opinion through the delegates, who carry the ideas to meetings that are often lively and provocative. Responsibilities of the S.C.A. include the promotion of school spirit and improvements in the academic program and the operation of the Finance Committee. In addition, the S.C.A. oversees talent shows, dances and many evening activities. This year's S.C.A. faculty advisors are Mr. Walter Voigtlander, Mr. john Groh and Mr. Charles Farber.
