Senior Maid, Karen Depung and Greg Floyd 19 4 asketball Coronation On Saturday, February 23, I974, the Basketball Corona- tion was held to close the basketball season. Miss Teresa Moody, the retiring queen, was escorted by Mr. O,Brien to the stage. Joyce Hutcheson and Dean Telthorst presided over the Coronation as Mistress and Master ofCeremonies. Excitement came to a climax as Sherry Karcher was an- nounced as the 1974 Basketball Queen. Ron Robinson was crowned King. After the crowning, the royal dance fol- lowed. Members of the royal court joined the king and queen in the dance. The evening came quickly to an end, but left many memories. Senior Maid, Ronda Ferrell and Bob Mosely 'maj' Senior Maid, Pat Caola and Len Degoma.
