The Science Depart- ment at CHS offers to the students a complete and comprehensive Science program. Through able guidance of the staff, the following courses are taught: P S S C , Physics, Chemistry I and II, Bio- logy I and II, Physical Science and Physiology. These courses are enrich- ed and made more inter- esting through class dis- cussions, the facilities of the laboratory, and the A-V equipment. Today awareness of world affairs and the history upon which they are based is imperative to being goo d citizens. World History, American History, Psychology, Economics, American Gov- ernment, and Americanism vs. Commu- nism are taught to the three grade levels. Senior Social Studies — Psychology — Sociology, Government, Americanism vs. Communism, and Economics — are held in the A.V. room with classes ranging from 100 to 125 students.
