LIBR RY CLUB DILIGENT LIBRARY WORKERS The Library Club rarely receives recognition tor all the hard work that the members do. They silently go about the task ot arranging books, checking books out and in, and keeping the library in order. The librarians are always there when you need guidance as to the where- abouts of a book. The Library Club attends conventions and two county meetings a year. AUDIO VISUAL CLUB TRAINING THROUGH WORK AND EXPERIENCE The Audio-Visual, unlike most clubs, does not have scheduled meetings. Members are sent to State Convention as well as to the tour county meetings held during the school year. The Audio-Visual Club is responsible tor operating the projectors, the turntable, the TV-to be ot most benefit to the students and the teachers. A student operator who has served three years, may upon taking a examination, receive an operator's license. The faculty adviser tor the club is Mrs. Mary Lou Knight. USHERETTES GUIDING LIGHT OF ALL SCHOOL FUNCTIONS Ushers for Our Town. Row 3, Seat 8, Section B is to the lett, three rows up sir, These are familiar words, which are heard from these service-minded students during tootball season, and all special occasions. One may think that is all the usherettes do, but what would a tootball game be without their colortully decorated goal posts. Or can you im- agine buying your refreshments from any conces- sion other than theirs. They take part in the annual Powder Putt bowl game and sponsor some Hne dances.
