It is the Senate, of course. One delegate selected from each homeroom constitutes this organization. Under the supervision of Mr. Roberts Brown, the Senate meets to sponsor an attitude of good will among the student body. ln addition to this, the Senate is responsible tor the school's Honor Roll. The Homecoming Dance was sponsored by this group as was the Red Cross Drive and the school pictures. 4. ..

Everyone loves a parade-especially Homecoming Parade This is where all the C.H.S. Veeps make their head- quarters. Well, at least they hold one meeting at the month there. The Vice-Presidents ot all Clearwater High's clubs are members ot the I.C.C. Their duty is to coordinate all club activities and projects so that conflicts will be at a minimum. SCIENCE CLUB CLUB SPONSORS EXCURSIONS INTO FUTURE This group ot young scientists has an active and interesting club under the guiding hand ot Mr. William Stephan. Their regular meetings provide an opportunity to discuss ideas and proiects in science. To encourage active interest in science, a requirement for membership is a scientific proiect and good marks in science in school. Their main project for the year is a trip to the annual Science Clubs Convention in December. This year the convention was held in Miami, with a large delegation from C.H.S. attending. Besides the chance to exchange ideas with students of another school, there were many op- portunities to have good times ot an un-scientific nature.
