And Away We Go The ' ' Charging Changers run again. This year we sponsored the first Powder Puff Bowl Game. The Cheer- feaders won the game, but all profits were given to us for our trip to Middleton, Kentucky. Besides selling candy, cakes, occasional cards, and Christmas trees, we took care of the concession stand here at school be- fore and after school. Yes, we had many methods of raising money, but we needed them to get to Kentucky. Thirty-four of us went to Kentucky for two weeks and had a wonderful time. We went to Mammoth Cave and Churchill Downs, where we just missed the Kentucky Derby. Sarah Upp and Sally Bacon receive last minute instructions from Coach Joe Poanessa before rushing onto the field. Two hungry fellows support the club by buy- ing some of that delicious candy from Effa Jo Bacon. Coach Dick Metz points out the next play to Exchange player Hazel Capriotti.

Our annual employee-employer banquet and our Halloween party proved to be huge successes. The funds for the annual banquet were earned by selling Christmas Cards.
