' ' We came, we saw, we con- quered. One of the highlights of our years was the invasion of Spain ' ' . (Los Gauchos) At the February meeting of the Spanish Club, we Invaded while singing Gaudeamus Igitur and took two prisoners. It was all in fun, but we sure surprised those Spaniards. They went around for days mumbling about those Inter Nos people. All of our time is not devoted to fun however, we have our more serious projects such as attending the Latin Forum in St. Petersburg this year. Through this club we try to gain a better understanding of the classical language and the customs of those times. Caesar crosses over to the twentieth century in a radio skit presented in a club meeting pro- gram by Linda Fisher, Alice Pishotta, Pat McKenzie and Jackie Boyd. Ftai ' I

At Eastertime we sold lilies to raise money for crippled children and during the Christmas season we gave a party for children at the Community Pride Nursery. We think the highlight of the entire year Is the banquet in May where the food, decorations, and entertainment are Spanish. Our motto is: Quien much duerme, poco aprende!
