Sybn y larger Sydney is in a way remarkable. He can be funny or dignified, ignorant or wise, romantic or stolid, it is merely a matter of choice. Stanley (Tornwell Stanley is another live wire in all class doings. Her energy seems to be inexhaustible. She is quite musical, and being a good dancer and of a friendly disposition, she is quite pop- ular. Popular, noisy, cheerful and ener- getic is Newton. He holds two offices in the class, and though he is quite ra- pacious in quest of practical know- ledge, what’s within the covers of a text-book is not likely to worry him. Cou £lla CasUrUn. Lou Ella is a good-natured and un- commonly reserved sort of girl who is a good student and an interesting con- versationalist. Sumner “My love is like a red, red rose.” Though few appreciate being small, Mildred doesn ' t seem to mind it. She also possesses that rare quality to be able to enjoy life and still make credit- able marks. A long, tall girl whom everyone likes for her ways is Mildred. She hasn ' t usually much to say except to those whom she likes — and she doesn’t as a rule like teachers.
