Jforetoorb T O OUR READERS: We submit for your approval this book, the result of several months of hard work, with the hope that you will not be too severe in your crit- icism. We realize that there are many imperfections and limitations, but we are proud to say that it is our best effort. We wish to remind you that we are only start- ing on the long road of life and have much to learn. Also that our resources are limit- ed and prohibit us from publishing a larger and more pretentious book.
