It represents the school in parades, sporting events and in daily activities. Since its beginning, only 6 years ago, the Clay- ton band has made remarkable progress. It has in- creased in number and quality since Mr. Beach came to Clayton. We have found him a capable Band Director . . . MR. DICK BEACH and invaluable leader who has inspired his students in all they have undertaken. The time and effort of the band members is often overlooked, but the hours spent diligently practicing have been rewarding. Everyone should be truly proud when they see the band step out in lively march tempo. Band Major. . . 1n GENE JUSTICE . 1 .,....f-M.M- s .s,,,,, -,M sm-t -- 4-V 317 .M , 'fr ,V - 'K V .
