SHAFER Class of 1959: You Seniors who are graduating with the Class of 1959 have the distinction of being members of the largest graduating class in the history of the school. You are an example of what is happening throughout our great nation. More students are enrolled in public schools and more are staying in school to be graduated. We are expecting many of you to continue your formal education beyond the high school level. You have been a fine class thoughout high school, and we know that you have the ability to be successful in the vocation of your choice. Do not forget the importance of planning for your future. Do not forget the value of time; budget yours properly.
