The value of these past twelve years will depend upon how you use this background of training during the next twelve or more years. I would advise each of you to plan your future years. Plan them to bring happiness to you and yours. Plan them to make a contribution, however small or great it may be, to the welfare of the greatest nation in history, your country. Do not be a drifter.
