Seniors Learn With Clubs JOHN RICHARD AMMONS “John” was a member of the art club, FFA and co-editor of “The Sting' . John lettered three years in varsity football and varsity basketball and was captain of both. He was named first-team All-Mason Dixon and honorable mention All-State. John lettered four years in varsity baseball and was listed in “Who’s Who in High School football and basketball. He was an escort for the 1985 Junior-Senior Prom. John plans to gel an engineering degree at West Virginia University, get a job and marry lisa. ROBERT LEE AMMONS “Stump” was a member of the pep club, FHA, Sergeant-at-arms and played football his junior and senior years. He was named first-team All-Mason Dixon tailback, honorable mention All-Stale. He also had the-honor of being named Mr. Football during homecoming week his senior year. He lettered three years in wrestling, look fourth place in region, his sophomore and junior year. He also lettered one year on the track team. Bobby plans to attend Fairmont Stale College, get a good job. and marry Joann Chapman. JOHN AMMONS VICKY SUE ADAMS “Sue-Sue was a member of FBLA, pep dub, band executive council and the art club. Vicky was 1985 Sadie Hawkins Day Queen and was a football homecoming queen candidate. She held the offices of band vice-president, senior high band representative, band historian. FBI A Sergeant-at-arms and office aid. Vicky plans to attend Fairmont Slate and major in physical education, then attend West Virginia University and get a degree in guidance counseling. TIMOTHY KYLE BANE “Tim was a member of FFA. and wrestling club. He lettered two years in varsity football and made first-team All-Mason Dixon. In wrestling, Tim placed second in his region to advance to slate competition and lettered three years. He was also held the office of captain of the wrestling team his senior year. Tim plans to attend college, play sports and to marry Ix ri after college. VICKY AMMONS TIM BANE BILLY EUCENE BARR “Bill was a member of the FFA, art club and a member of the T-birds air band. The T-birds won first place at Clay-Battelle High and third place at Dolly’s lounge in Morgantown. Bill plans to be a comedian and eventually be a regular on Saturday Night Live. THEODORE GRAHAM BARR “Teddy Bear” was a member of FFA three years, in which he was parliamentarian his junior year. He also received the greenhand and Chapter Farmer Awards. During his junior and senior years, he was an active member of VICA. He also participated in varsity basketball and student council for one year. Ted plans to become a successful precision welder.
