LISA TUTTLE ROXANNA DENISE TENNANT Roxy has been in the band flag corps and VICA for two years as well as being the recording secretary and first chair clarinet. Her junior year she was parliamentarian of VICA and is now secretary. She has also been a student in vo-tech business cluster data processing class. Her junior year she was first runner-up for Clay District Fair Queen, named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students, and participated in Club Business Procedure competition. Her senior year she was nominated for Collegiate Wind Band’s European Tour. She plans to join the navy as an air traffic controller, and marry Richard Shriver. SHAWN A DAWN TENNANT Shawna has been a varsity cheerleader, on the Liberanni staff, a pep club member, and an FBLA member for two years. She plays varsity basketball and is a member of student council. Her junior year, she was a member of the National Honor Society for three years, and an FHA member for four years. For two years in FHA she held the office of reporter and is now vice-president of State and National projects. Her junior year she was historian of the junior class and vice-president of FBLA. Shawna was named to Who’s Who Among High School Students, was a candidate for 1981 Prom Queen and Miss Celebration 1981. She attends vo-tech where she studies business cluster. TONYA RENEE TENNANT Ton for the past two years has been a member of the National Honor Society, Pep Club, and FBLA. Her senior year she is on the Liberanni staff, a member of Hearts Unlimited and FHA. She has been a cheerleader for six years. She is president of FBLA and on the Executive Council for Pep Club. She was named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students, was 1981 Prom Queen, second runner-up for 1980 Clay District Fair Queen, and a candidate for Celebration 1981. She is a business cluster student at vo-tech. Tonya plans to attend a stewardess training school in Florida. WILLIAM LEE TENNANT William, better known as Bill, spent his mornings helping Mr. Pierce in first period art. He belongs to Hearts Unlimited and FFA. JEFFREY ALLEN TOOTHMAN Jeff is a member of Hearts Unlimited, FFA, and VICA. He takes machine shop at vo-tech. Jeff started out as Sentinel for FFA and has been awarded Green Hand and the Chapter Farmer Pin. Jeff plans to get a job as a machinist or join the armv. LISA KAY TUTTLE Lisa, better known as Tut, was nominated to represent Clay-Battelle as Miss Merry Christmas 1981 in the Waynesburg Christmas parade. Lisa was a cheerleader for four years, and in the National Honor Society for two years. Lisa is on the Liberanni staff and is a member of the art club, where she holds the office of vice-president. Lisa is also on the Executive Art Council. 25

LISA VINTON s. SCOTT ALLAS TUTTLE “King Tut” has been a member of the drama class both his junior and senior years. His senior year he is in the pep club, art club, in student council, and on the newspaper staff. Scott's future plans are to join the air force or possibly go to college to become a football coach and learn computer programming. TOD ALLAS TUTTLE “Tut” has been on the newspaper staff both his junior and senior years. He hopes to be on the newly organised Clay-Battelle High School golf team. He is also in Hearts Unlimited and the pep club during his senior year. Tod plans to go to college or join a branch of the armed services. DOUGLAS BERL VARSER “Squirrel is in the Future Farmers of America where he has his Greenhand Degree. He was a treasurer of the band for one year. He studied industrial electricity for one year in vo-tech. Doug plans to go into construction work after graduation. JOHS RAYStOSD VARSER “Tank participated on the track team his junior year. He has been a member of Future Farmers of America for two years, where he held the office of assistant sentinel his senior year. He was on the work program IDECA). John plans to go to the Army for his basic training, then get a job driving a truck. LESTER DOS V ARSER JR. Lester has been a member of Hearts Unlimited and Future Farmers of America for two years, where he has his Chapter Farmer and Star Greenhand Award. Lester plans to graduate, get a good job and marry Vickie. LISA LYSS VISTOS Lisa has been on the Liberanni staff during her junior and senior years. She was vice-president of her junior class. During her senior year, she is president of Hearts Unlimited and the art club. She is a Pollen staff photographer and a library aide. Lisa was selected Who’s Who Among American High School Students. She went to All-State Chorus her sophomore year. Lisa was a candidate for Clay-District Fair queen the summer after her junior year. She has been a candidate for Miss Celebration “81,” Prom queen and Jingle Bell Ball queen. Lisa plans to attend South Eastern Academy in Kissemmee. Florida, training for the travel industry but hopes to someday open her own interior design studio in Boston. Massachusetts. 27
