LLOYD TENNANT TANYA LEA STATLER Tanya is a member of FBLA, FHA, Liberanni staff and a library aid. She was a candidate for Clay-District Fair Queen in 1981, Celebration ’81, and Junior-Senior Prom Queen in 1981. Tanya hopes to get a secretarial job and marry Bill Sollars. ALBERT GENE STEWART Gene has been a member of Hearts Unlimited for four years, student council and FFA for one year. He lettered in football, basketball, and baseball his junior year. He was named Honorable Mention in the Mason-Dixon Conference his sophomore year, and first team in the Mason-Dixon Conference his junior year. He is vice-president of Hearts Unlimited. Gene hopes to get a baseball scholarship to college and lie in the Florida sun on his spring break. MARK DOUGLAS STILES Mark has been a member of the football team for two years. He has won the Golden Horseshoe Award, Boys’ State, and attended World Affairs Institute. He is also a member of Who’s Who Among American High School Students. He is a member of the National Honor Society, FFA, and plays basketball. He is president of the senior class, vice-president of the honor society, co-editor of the yearbook, and a member of concerned parents, teachers, and students committee. He also participates in current events competition and was the escort of Miss Celebration ’81. Mark plans to go to college. DONALD LEROY STULL In addition to being the assistant chaplain in FFA for four years, he has won the Service Award and Chapter Farmer Award. '‘Duck” often works in the snack bar to help support the FFA. Donald plans to become a certified welder. JOSEPH WAYNE TATE “Taterbug” was a member of track and FFA his junior year. He is also an office aid and head manager of hoys varsity basketball. Joseph plans to go to career college to study data processing. LLOYD JAMES TENNANT “Jim” has been a member of the chorus for four years. Lloyd plans to finish high school and get a job. 1) Gene and Lloyd both have senior social studies first period. 2) Tanya works on senior pages in yearbook. 3) Mark plays center on the basketball team. 4) Donald, Phyllis, and Joe work at the snack bar to help support FFA. 23

LISA TUTTLE ROXANNA DENISE TENNANT Roxy has been in the band flag corps and VICA for two years as well as being the recording secretary and first chair clarinet. Her junior year she was parliamentarian of VICA and is now secretary. She has also been a student in vo-tech business cluster data processing class. Her junior year she was first runner-up for Clay District Fair Queen, named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students, and participated in Club Business Procedure competition. Her senior year she was nominated for Collegiate Wind Band’s European Tour. She plans to join the navy as an air traffic controller, and marry Richard Shriver. SHAWN A DAWN TENNANT Shawna has been a varsity cheerleader, on the Liberanni staff, a pep club member, and an FBLA member for two years. She plays varsity basketball and is a member of student council. Her junior year, she was a member of the National Honor Society for three years, and an FHA member for four years. For two years in FHA she held the office of reporter and is now vice-president of State and National projects. Her junior year she was historian of the junior class and vice-president of FBLA. Shawna was named to Who’s Who Among High School Students, was a candidate for 1981 Prom Queen and Miss Celebration 1981. She attends vo-tech where she studies business cluster. TONYA RENEE TENNANT Ton for the past two years has been a member of the National Honor Society, Pep Club, and FBLA. Her senior year she is on the Liberanni staff, a member of Hearts Unlimited and FHA. She has been a cheerleader for six years. She is president of FBLA and on the Executive Council for Pep Club. She was named to Who’s Who Among American High School Students, was 1981 Prom Queen, second runner-up for 1980 Clay District Fair Queen, and a candidate for Celebration 1981. She is a business cluster student at vo-tech. Tonya plans to attend a stewardess training school in Florida. WILLIAM LEE TENNANT William, better known as Bill, spent his mornings helping Mr. Pierce in first period art. He belongs to Hearts Unlimited and FFA. JEFFREY ALLEN TOOTHMAN Jeff is a member of Hearts Unlimited, FFA, and VICA. He takes machine shop at vo-tech. Jeff started out as Sentinel for FFA and has been awarded Green Hand and the Chapter Farmer Pin. Jeff plans to get a job as a machinist or join the armv. LISA KAY TUTTLE Lisa, better known as Tut, was nominated to represent Clay-Battelle as Miss Merry Christmas 1981 in the Waynesburg Christmas parade. Lisa was a cheerleader for four years, and in the National Honor Society for two years. Lisa is on the Liberanni staff and is a member of the art club, where she holds the office of vice-president. Lisa is also on the Executive Art Council. 25
