Seniors CYNTHIA SUE MOORE Cindy was a member of ihe CB Band, brass quintet, and the band executive council. Selected to Who’s Who Among American High School Students, Cindy was also a member of Hearts Unlimited, VICA, and the girls’ basketball team. For her dedication in the band, Cindy was chosen to the All American Hall of Fame for Band. Her favorite pastimes were goofing off and playing with her son, Jason. She plans to attend Morgantown Career College to become a medical assistant. KENNETH MOORE. JR. Kenny attended Vo-Tech where he studied Mine Maintenance. ”Ken” was a member of Hearts Unlimited and enjoyed hunting and trapping. His future plans included marrying Sharon and working in the coal mines. GERALD EDWARD MYERS. JR. Jerry sometimes known as ’’Shag” was a member of the CB Band, Pep Band, and Varsity Chorus. Jerry also lettered in track and received an All American Band Award from Purdue University. He liked to roller skate and dance. He planned to major in Mining Engineering at WVU where he also hoped to play in the WVU Marching Band. JAMES EDWARD PERRY James was a member of FFA, Chess Club, and Boy Scouts. Jim” was the Junior Assistant Scout for the Blacksville Boy Scout Troop and enjoyed cars, girls, and football. Architecture was Jim’s planned profession. THOMAS SHERMAN PRICE Tom played football for CBHS his senior year and actively participated in the FFA, from which he gained many awards for his outstanding work. Hunting and sports were what Tom liked best. After high school, Tom hoped to get a job. JAMES SCHROEDER ROBERTS Selected as 1977 Honor Boy, Schroeder also represented his school at Know Your State Government Day, World Affairs Institute, United Nations Pilgrimage and Who’s Who Among American High School Students. Schroeder was a member of the FFA, Chess Club, Math Club, and Jr. High Honor Society. In his spare time, Schroeder liked to play his guitar and ride motorcycles.
