R 4 T -.sk D N , 'was s ra A tsl-9 Ne were the Qophomore class of this educational establish ment Plenty busy we were, too We had a part in almost every activity around school, lncludinp one member of the Honor society and several members in the studentbody play and the varlous ath letics The hi h point of the year was the frosh inltiation The memory of the boys in skirt , sweaters, bandanas, and linst1ck still brlne on roar of lau,hter The P1FlS were just about as funny with their hair in pincurls, dlfferent shoes, one lonf sock and one hort one, and no makeup .e really put the voor souls through their paces at the dance though some of the instru ments of embarassment were dlapers, long LHULT ear, rattles a hula skirt and a W8QGlDg voxn To accomplish all this we had to have able leadership found it in President--Kay Younq, Vice-Qresident--Eileen Espin- wall, Secretary--Imogene Johnson, and Treasurer--nonald Lngbret- son. Nr 'qv-Q 1 Ne, the freshman class of l9L5 L6 being considered of un sound mind and generally inferior upon our entrance into this chamber of studies have, we think, proved ourselves worthy of We smiled in spife of the lipstick, bandanas, dresses, long underwear, hula skirts, and other indignities of initiation For our return dance we created quite a sensation by making a game room of the stage There were Wfiercen games of ping pong, Chinese Checkers, and rummy while the danclng went on on the gym floor The beautifully wrapped and lusciously filled box lunches were popular and sold like the proverbial 'hot cakes We are proud of our cheer leading freshman and the four rep resentatives in the studentbody play, and of our class officers who did such a grand job this year They were President Ken Johnston, Vice President Ken Nilcoxen, Second Vice President Donald Bakko, Secretary Ronald Nusom, and Treasurer Caroline Tong xv, 1 A : ,f'f7L 1 x' ' Y :Q '- ' llg ru., ll 5 1 .
