Were at the top here, but instead of being satisfied, we're eager to be on our way to the big time, thanks to the inspiration provided by Thespians. fu 1 1.11 lf, will shrill loiimt- 1. wt Marilyn. i.rt-in Virgin... ini lureti lu.-its car-V1 :mtl-tvrs I ix -l V kts.-to iw.. After that, winning honors in the state might have been anti- climactic except that those blue rib- bons are just as exciting to thespians as are national trophies. All Oklahoma City schools with sound systems listen to daily broadcasts from our smart, modern studio here. The 3,000 watt station is controlled by vocational radio students. Programs are the re- sult of school work, while our own utalentn supplies the voices. Chief among these are members of the An- nouncers club. Members have been talking in clover since the station went on the air.

LITTLE THEATRE It takes a lot of faithful work on speech projects and in school plays to earn the 20 points necessary for membership in Understudies, bottom picture. The next step for these fledglings will be membership in Little Theatre. Here you run the acting gamut from ham to comedy to lofty dramatics. But when play casting time rolls around, it takes but a snap of the fingers to get a full size dress production underway. MR GERALD KTDD Speech MRS. Yes, our stage crew is the power be- hind the power, for without its help our plays and assemblies would not come off with split second accuracy. NATIO AL FORENSIC Outstanding in the field of speech - that's what National Forensic League signifies. These boys and girls actively participate wher- ever they are needed, whether it be a stage production, radio show or oratory contest.
