I O I' at Semor Class HISTOYY On a lovely fall morning in September, 19116, a group of mtelligent looking youngsters walked up the steps to the red brlck schoolhouse In th1s group were Billy Derr and Carol Hoskms They were feeling very grown up that dw, they were starting to school, a long journey which will end 1n May, when they receive their diplomas along with eight other students at Clark Fork High School When the school at Cablnet closed we added two more to our group ,a shy little red head named Bill Hacumber and a cute blond named Edward Fi hbaugh We were joined by Betty Weis and Bev Twilegar, who began school ln the sixth grade We struggled on through the next f1ve years untll we were jomed by Bonnie Cutler This year our class :Lncreased by three when J1m, John, and Marllou White joined us This year we hold 'Teen Town' every Wednesday n1ght for teen agers and their guests uur Senlor Class pl y entitled Bait Balt' was very successful and we really enjoyed putting it on for the public At the Carnival our Zingo game was very profltable so we had another game just before Thanks g1vi.ng We have quite a large sum in our class treasury, and hope to have a real good sneak this year Hrs Bolstad has been a great insplratlon and help to us through out our high school years As we venture out into th1s great world of today, may we prove worthy of the teachings we have received through out our school days Senlor Class Prophecy This is the year 1988 and I am maklng rm thlrd trin around the world in my space shlp, Sputnlk X I decide to slow uowr' a llttle a. d ee f I car locate the Clark Fork Senior Class of 1958 As I' am passlng a refuellng station about 3000 miles up from the state of Idaho I see a huge new C11I11C I decide to take a tour throzgh When I am golng in the door l run into the head supervlsor and ownexg the former Carol Hoslcms She is now married to a handsome doctor and they run the clinic together. The clinlc speclallzes :Ln children Carol now has seven of her own As I am leavlng, who should be brought in on a stretcher but IU old friend Edward Fishbangh, suffering from atomic radiation. I can't leave now I wait until he recovers a little and have a. long talk with him He tells me he is working on ships and weapons to conquer outer space and just had a little acczmdent One of his helpers was careless caused an explosion Edward says he has been so engrossed in his work he hasn't married yet, but now that he has his own plant he is ready to set, tle down, and has his eye on a cute little nurse whom he tells me bdlcngs to the Derr Harem Hou see, outer spacemen live like Sultans Arabia I He tells me about Bill Derr another of our classmates who has the biggest harem in outer space. As we remember from our highschool days, Bill loves girls, has always loved girls, and always wlll love girls U! I say good by to Edward and Carol and return to nn' spaceship. I 128111 my pilot has taken 111 so I have to hire a new one I inquire around ani find that the best one 18 Jim White What a coincidence that another of my classmates is on this same station I ask Jim if he will go along with me, he consents, and we start talking about thzmgs that have Ingaen ed since our last meeting I remember that in highschool Jim wanted to be a jet pilot. I 0 he has advanced from an airplane mechanic to one of the best space pilots of the universe Just as we are ready to take off, a cute, freckle faced lady comes running up to us and throws her arms around Jim It is Harilou White! She tells us that she had lost track of Jim many years ago, and has searched for years to fmd hun She is teaching women on earth how to prepare for life in outer space, but is now on suxmner vacatlon She is happlly married with wonderful husband and a set of twins As we tune in our spacevision Ctelevisionl who should we see rocking and rolling, but the ELVIS PRESLEY of 1988, B111 Macumber, the redheaded sensatlon Bill was so quiet in high school, but you know that saylng, St11l water runs deep As he goes off the air we switch the channel and are tuned into an educatlonal program put on by Beverly Tbnlegar and her Next on the program is the biggest and most beautiful wed 7th grade wonders Cstudentsl Bev is now marrled of the spacev1s1on statlon and can be on the air wants After her program ends, the big universal verse are friends now, we have an International to the owner anytlme she football game team, and who should be the star player but John White John certainly had the build for a football player, but we never realized he would go so 81' dang since the one of Grace Kel1y's many years ago Who should lt be but Bonnle Cutler, marrying the most sought after bachelor of the un1verse Her ambltion, to be a first grade teacher, as ent ou come true and she 18 much loved by her students. Her pres class is the choir and they are beginning to sing, I Love Truly All of a sudden, our motor misses, somethmg is wrong with ship! ! 1 Before we realize what is happenmg we are speed toward earth We can't control our sh1p CRASHILU when we wake up, the first thing we ses is the last of the class of 1958, Betty We1s, Registered Nurse. We learn she has been on her feet three days and nights caring for us. Soon we are well, Betty invites us to her beautiful home for a vacatlcn. She has contacted the rest of our class and we all spent a week wlth Betty, her pschologist husband, and her two sets of trip lets the J.n GONE BUT NOT FORGO TEN . . . a is on: It's between Mars and Earth.
