Senior Histor Our Senior year we had a very interesting variation of activities. This year we made our graduation plms and brought our last 12 years of education to a close. Baccalaureate was held May 15, 1955, at the Baptist Church, Dubois, Idaho Reverend Pershall gave the Invocation .3 Bishop Shuldburg gave the Baccalaureate Address, and Miss Wing gave the Benediction. Our Commencement Esercises are going to be held Friday, May 20 in the Clark County High School Gymnasium. The boys will wear black caps and gowns with white tassels, and the girls will wear white caps md gowns with black tas- sels. We will wear our class flower, the tiger lily. Our mtto: The actual is limited, the possible is immense. At the time this goes to press, arrangements are still being made for the program. We have nine Seniors this yearg Afton Boyce, Rea Boyce, Don Henman, Bruce Laird, Valerie Laird, Carol fbse, Donna Stoddard, Delores Wilding, and Ben Wil- liams. Mr. Chris Cagle is our advisor. ' On November Zh, 19514, we had our Senior Ball. Our theme was Moonlight and Roses and Leo Watts was our orchestra. The gym was decorated :Ln three shades of pink. The streamers led to each side fmm a delicate lattice-work centerpiece entwined with white roses. The west end, where refreshments were served, was entered through a garden gate. Our class officers for this year were: President Don Henman, Vice-Pres- ident, Delores Wildingg Secretary and Treasurer, Donna. Stoddard, Reporter, Va- leria Laird, Ben Willims is the Senior Representative to the Student Council, and Bruce La:l.rd is Student Council President. 'Which Shall He Marry! was the title of our class play which we presented November 12, 19514, in the Clark High Auditoruim. Our director was Coach Cagle Pmmpters were Mrs. Ida Mae Cook and Mrs. Virginia Laird. Special thanks also go to Mrs. Jim Laird and Mr. Melvin Hansen who directed us during our advisors illness. our Junior Prom was April 16, 19514, with the um.. Stairway to the stan. Lynn Jensen's Orchestra fumished the music. The hall was decorated in pas- tel blue md white streamers with a silver stariway in the northwest corner. Our class advisor was Hrs. Bonnie Savage. Carol Rose was attendant to the Basketball Queen for 195k-55. Ben Williams was crowned King. Delores Wilding was crowned Carnival 'Queen October 29, 19514. Donna. Stoddard was elected Campus Queen. Our class advisor when we were sophomores was Miss Helen Randall, and when we were freshmen Mr. Irvin Lesser advised us. Besides the nine Seniors graduating , during some time in high school we've had the following in our class: Shirley Smith, Shirley Tavenner fMcC1ureD, Betty Paulice, Audrey Obenchain, Roberta Reed, Dennis Riley, Ed Brown, Sun Butler, Jim Hansen, Fred Ibbbins, and Roger Rose. We wish the undergraduates all the luck md success in their remalning years of school at Clark High. Seniors of '55
