C.E.C Council for Exceptional Children is a professional organization for anyone interested in working with special people. Among C.E.C. ' s activities this year were special guest speakers, weekly visits to Polk, a convention in Philadelphia, a Halloween Party, and a Christmas Party held in conjunction with NSSHA. Anthropology Association The Clarion State College Anth- ropology Association was founded to give students the opportunity to participate in anthropological and archaeological research.
