Each year. various service clubs of Fallon choose from the class which will be senior-s the following term the students they think are hest qualified in leadership. During the weekis stay at Girls' State or Boys, State. each person has a chance to study and participate in city, county, and state governments. The highest honor attainable is to he chosen from this group to represent Nevada at the Girls' Nation or Boys' Nation held in Vlfashington, D. This change of face was not that they lost their enthusiasm so marked in their younger years. but that they grew up and became dignified overnight. The highly successful Senior Ball highlighted the fall semester. The Seniors chose Make Mine Musicw for their theme and George Isett and Anna Lawson for their King and Queen. Because many members of the class of 1952 have been together since they entered the first grade, the class is unusually well organized. Now class meetings are devoted to plans for graduation exercises, for scholarship opportunities, and for plans when graduation day rolls around. The halls of CCHS will be strangely quiet when the class of 1952 has joined the ranks of graduates.
