' 7fze Rafe Qne THE little signs on the blackboard, Hllirls' glee club Tuesday in the study hall, made everyone curious about it, but no one had to hold his patience more than Mr. Telecky. lle shifted sopranos first to second sopranos to altos and hack again, trying yaliantly for harmony. Sometimes he'd listen so closely, he'd forget to give the second sopranos their cue, and they'd have to try again. The members of the group love music, but not to the extent of forgetting their stomachs. The lovely singers munch their sand- wiches and attempt to sing. They giggle at the wrong times, catch a bad cold before the state meet, cut when they should be practicing. Hut somehow through it all, John Telecky keeps right on grinning. Maybe he knows they have what it takes.
