The biggest changes for Chugialf,!Gruening 's night crew were their staff replacements and the retirement of their crew chief of eight and a half years, Mrs, Cretus Darby. The night crew has the job of maintaining the school, providing services that ,range from room cleaning to garbage removal, They worlw everyday, from OOO to 230 The lsitchen staff runs the lunch program and administers nutritional education Their education provides us with one-third of the U.5. minimum daily requirements of essential nutrients, Students with complaints about the food were able to express them through an 5FC'appointed Board.
