They ended with four seconds, two iirsts, and Nrst in the state competition. included in DramafDebatefForensics are solo and duet acting, oneeact plays, todo announcing, pantomime, extemporaneous speaking, humorous and dramatic interpretation of literature, original oration, improvkation, and debate. About forty students particpated throughout the year. Debate Coach Warren Hagmon said l couldn't name one outstancing team member, all of them were outsranchng. Hrsts in state went to Colleen Kelley, pantomime, Chris Jarvis, Jack Asbury, Kim Cherry, and Koral Hargan, improvisation,- Byron Bruckner, George Hnnelly, Eve Eeldhouse, readers theatre, Atlantic Gty for onefact plays, Diana Dial, extemporaneous speaking, and Kent McNall, original oration, The teams were under the drecrion of Ms. Gay Monteverde and Mr. Hagman.
