Editor Chet Pohle Advisor MIS. Scott The purpose of an annual is to capture the highlights of a school year. With almost no experience, the annual staff has produced an annual twice the size of any previous year. With much hard work and gained experience we have attempted to make the 1968 PATRIOT an annual that would enable students to recall their year at CHRISTAIN HIGH. We have also tried to show how ou.r'school is Christ centered. Many times the staff went to the Lord in prayer, asking for guidance and direction so that we might put out a rewarding annual. Thank You, when written, contains eight lettersg when spoken often contains only air. Each day it is uttered over and over again to express some simple appreciation for some trivial favor. My appreciation is not small, for without the co-operation of many people, our annual would not exist. My thanks to: Mrs. Scott, who got the staff off to a tremendous start and for being a great advisor. Thanks to parents for patience and co-operation. Thanks to the faculty and administration for providing the staff with three periods a week to work on the annual Thanks to those who advertised in our yearbook. Thanks to the AMERICAN YEARBOOK COMPANY for a great book. Thanks to Mac Donalds hamburgers for helping us raise money.
