HOLLY PHILLIPS Editor fllizt ifntrzthat From the preparation of the first dummy', to the time when students open their yearbooks, the staff, headed by Holly Phillips, editor, spends many hours doing write-ups, taking pictures, promot- ing sales, and securing advertisements. In the process of getting a well balanced annual to press, the co-operation of many different departments is required. Write-ups of the various activities and organizations were assigned to the staff and proofed by the copy editor, Ronald Gillaspy. Pictures were taken under the supervision of the editor and her two assistants. Delores McKissick and Mimi Burcher. Sales were promoted by Caylinn Spence with the aid of several class salesmen. In order to finance the yearbook by securing ads, Bob Becker filled the posi- tion of advertising manager. Other Staff members were Margaret Blanton, art editor, assisted by Sandra Murray, lilmadalc Cudgel, Ted Aird, and James Wil- liams. Supervising the entire project were the advisors: Mrs. F. Hodge- kinson, Miss ll. Johnson, Mrs. G. DeVaurs, and Mr. C. Quick.
