Baseball team under second year Coach Albert Mesa achieved their goals by practicing 2 to 3 hours a day, six days a week. The team stressed funda- mentals such as batting and fielding. By using hard work and dedication, the team was looking forward to a very suc- cessful season. The team has proved to everyone that they were tough. There were many young players who had the guts to put their best effort out at the practices and games, even though it meant running laps around the field and doing pushups.
