palladium ch nr ENANGO CENTRAL SCHOOL CHITTENANGO, NEW YORK CLASS MOTTO: Higher than the highest goal is our goal CLASS THEME: We've come a long way, we have a long way to go CLASS COLORS: Navy blue and gold CLASS FLOWER: Orchid Foreword We, the class of 1 972, chose the theme We've come a long way, we have a long way to go because we realize what we have accomplished and how much more there is to be accomplished. Looking back on our past school years we see how long and hard a road it has really been to achieve this first goal. We only hope that the rest of the goals we set in life will be as successful as this one. With this, we present to you the 1 972 PALLADIUM. MR. BEH We, the Senior Class of 1 972, would like to ledicate our £gjladium to you, for no nl your classroom methods but for your contributions in our class activities and those H coach. We feel the highest compliment we can give is tojcall someone a great guy, | you truly deserve this compliment. o 4 MR. ELLSTROM We, the seniors, recognize you os one of the outstanding teachers in the school. Your contributions in the classroom and those you have made as a di- rector in the school plays alone reflect the great talent that you have passed on to others. We would like to thank you in a special way, and this is why we have singled you out for this page. MR. DIEFENDORF The dedication and work that you must put into your job are reason enough that we, the seniors, would like to put you on this special page. Your jobs of student council advisor and teacher are more than one normal teacher can handle, but you go one step further and coach. We recognize that these jobs are handled by you year after year, and realize what an outstanding job you really do. MRS. PASTO You are one of the best examples of why people become teachers. The suc- cess you have obtained teaching is equalled only by the success you have talking to the students. The talent for teaching is exceptional enough, but also having the ability to talk to students as adults is something only a few people have. We, the seniors, would like to thank you by placing you on this page. MRS. WALKER You, as a teacher, have come in contact with more of us than any one single teacher. You have more than contributed just your whole knowledge, to help us prepare for the world awaiting us. It's simply your teaching and under- standing that cause the Senior Class of 1972 to set you aside with our four other favorite teachers. 5 if you upon your gradual imembered as a starting made gri prepari school. This t from which you can is are really Ivements as you leave, but we will be and talents in the world you enter. We too our job to prepare those who follow you. 6 Robert J. Student Jean-Pierre Huberlon Jean Pierre has made many friends at C.C.S. during his stay here. He has taken part in many organizations including chorus, A.F.S., Student Council and French Club. He has actively partici- pated in discussions in classes such as Humanities and Public Speaking. Nobody will forget his appearance as Santa Claus at the International Christmas Party in December. He was a delegate to the Student Council this year. We hope that Jean will not forget his friends here because we will surely not forget him. We have found him to be an extremely dynamic person who likes to be involved. 70 Class Of 73 Dale Henry, Vice President; Jon Christopher, President, Gary Alley, Secretary; Ellen Hughes, Treasurer. S.
