The study of American history and economics will enable them to become better leaders in the service of their country. Their knowledge of foreign languages will make them better citizens in a community of nations consisting of different cultures and governments. 7 Seniors now awaiting their call into the armed forces will find their knowledge of math and science of im- mediate service to them. Boys in ma- chine shop and mechanical drawing already possess the basic requirements necessary for the ground crew and engineer corps. From these classes will emerge the doctors, nurses, and scientists, so vi- tally needed in this war.
