Emerson. Our Student Council was organized several years ago by the faculty to give the students of Chino High School experience in self-government. As in all democratic organizations its repre- sentatives are selected by vote at regular elections with all the speech-making of a national campaign, minus only the mud- slinging. These representatives and three faculty members meet and decide matters pertaining to the Welfare of dear old C.H.S.
