HAROLD HARTMAN Language Department Walking through the corridors of Chester High School, a blend of various tongues can be heard conversing in Latin, French, German, or Spanish. Under the capable leadership of Mr. Harold Hartman, the students are not only taught to read, write, and speak a language, but they are also initiated into the customs and history of the country where the language evolved.
