Librarians and Student Council Get Things Done Librarians are kept busy keeping the library in order. This year the library received many new books so chances are if you were in the library you would have seen the librarians placing these new books on the shelves. For easy reference and use by the students, they must be well informed of the position of newspapers, books, magazines, and the vertical file. They are also in charge of making sure all items are checked in and out including the supplies. Mrs. Hilde receives alot of help from these student librarians with the big responsibility of keeping the library in order for all of the stu- dents, faculty and administration. Student Council The Student Council met several times to discuss matters concerning the high school activities. With the help and cooperation of the students, Mr. Reiff and the Student Council organized a student lounge for the enjoyment of the Juniors and Seniors. Also, for the first time this year, a Sadie Hawkins dance was set up by the council and paid for by the Senior Class. Other topics of discussion in- cluded allowing Seniors to take days off to visit colleges, and problems with student behavior. Student Council would like to thank Mr. Reiff for his advice and help.
