Langley Potter Towns City vs. East Ridge In the first Dynamo defensive play, the Pioneers crossed the goal and suc- ceeded in making the extra point. As the quarter changed, so did the Dynamos. City worked from the Dynamo twenty-seven yard-line to the goal. However, the extra point pass was no good. In the first play of the fourth quarter Alexis Moser pounced on the loose pigskin leaving us twenty yards to score. He scored on second down, giving the Dynamos a five point final lead, 12-7. City vs. Red Bank Red Bank started the game with the ball in their possession but Tommy Steffner soon stole it for the Dynamos by intercepting a pass. In the second quarter we gained possession of the ball, and drove with the aid of three first downs to the seventeen, the best drive of the whole game. There they took the offense. We promptly intercepted a pass, but they retaliated with the same. Starting the second half we drove with the ball until we lost a fumble. The plays continued without a resulting score for either team. Early in the fourth quarter a punt by Bowman held the Lions on their ten yard-line. After two first downs were gained the time ran short. Crowds roared for City to score, but the game ended as a scoreless tie. City vs. Oak Ridge The Dynamos received, but soon lost a fumble which aided the Wildcats' First touchdown. Later a pass completed to Floyd and another to Bowman tied the score at 6-6. In the third quarter the Wildcats plunged over the goal and gained the extra point. In the fourth period the Wildcats recovered a fumble and drove all the way. This was aided by another point, thus the game fell to Oak Ridge 20-6. Dalton Davis Mullinax Bowman 30
