1960-1961 . JYELLOW JACKET CHATTAHOOCHEE HIGH SCHOOL CHATTAHOOCHEE, FLti iDA - _______________L_________________________ The Flags Alma Mater Once again we as school mates assemble, We fain would lift our hearts in song To our high school, our dear Alma Mater, Let gladness the moments prolong. We are proud of our lads and our lasses, Of honors won in days gone by, So here’s a cheer for our old high school, Our dear old high school, our C. H. S. Here's to the classes, here’s to the lasses, Here's to the lads they adore. Here's to the Seniors so mighty, Juniors so flighty, Freshy and Sophomore. Let mirth and gladness banish all sadness And as the days go by, You'll find us ready and steady, boosting for C. H. S. Gadsden County School Board Mr. E. H. Fletcher. CHAIRMAN Mr. John C. CARL RUDE General Supervisor Principal's Messape As we approach the closing of this school year I look back realizing that this has been an important year, a year of achievement and decision. It has been a year of new experience for me just as it has for many of you. Your friendliness, your patience and your understanding toward your teachers and myself can never be forgotten. Some of you will be leaving us in a few weeks. As you leave, I trust that you will understand that a part of the school will go with you, and that you will leave a part of yourself with the school. The faculty and student body join me in saying we deeply appreciate the loyalty shown by our graduating seniors. To all of you, it has been both an honor and a pleas- ure serving and working with you as your principal. Paul A. Coley Supervising Principal Dedication We, the Annual Staff of Chattahoochee High School, wish to dedicate our 1960-61 Yellow Jacket to the Chattahoochee High School Basketball squad. With their sportsmanship, loyalty, and will to win, they have set increasingly high standards which future Yellow Jackets would do well to use as their goal. .4 MR.
