These students had opportunities for competition if they chose or practiced just for the fun of it. The competition in all outside areas of athletics was stiff for Sandites. Soccer became a time- consuming sport for some Page students. As the team competed with other area teams, a pleasing record was achieved. The newest athletic facility in Sand Springs, Jay's Fitness Center, provided a location for the development of muscles.
