soPHoMoRE OFFICERS ophomores enter with Hhighv hopes The sophomore class of 1969 - 1970 was led by President Tommy Hudspeth, with Vice- President Debbie Browers and Secretary Lynna Evans. Sophomores burst on to the scene aston- ishing both juniors and seniors with tons of en- ergy and spirit. Winning the spirit stick in pep assemblies wasn't unusual for the sophomores to do. If they did lose they made sure that the competition was stiff. Sophomores surprised everyone when they won first place in the float contest. They built a model of the planet earth, and in making it spin, set a new goal for the classes of next year. Sophomore class officers Tommy Hudspeth. Debbie Browers, and Ly na Evans worked hard in leading their classes. MQW' I ,411 66 l X
