HS strives for improved scholarship ' ,ato-.ff-W ua ' -v., --...gs 125 To be elected a member of the National Honor Society is an accomplishment that every member should be proud of because membership sets the student apart from the average high school student. The association of scholars initiates nearly a hundred students every year. This large number is a witness to a scholastic record of which students of Page and members of NHS should be proud.

He carried a full schedule consisting of Math IV, English, phys- ics, government, public speaking, and typing, and somehow managed to find time for sports. Even though his course of studies was fewer than that in Argentina, the one here was more difficult since he had to use English. Consider- ing these factors, Billis ability to maintain his high scholastic average was amazing. His only difficulty came from trying to understand our customs and the slang terms we used. He al- ways took our slang phrases literally! Wi. ,.,. ,wt-reizrga .. We-fmt 4 W' , I. Ll. . 5. .1 vp!! .Q,,l,: fl' f sfkt.f Vr5?' I ' l EAW LE-. l .4 , af '. '.
