It was the desire of the adminis- tration to give students an opportunity to organize the activities for the new school. Frank Tabor, headed the council as presi- dent. Each of the oth e r twenty-nine mem- bers headed a committee. Traditions, the student handbook, the constitution, capsand gowns and studentgovernmentday were all products of the diligent work put forth by the council throughout last summer. ; Pat Nordby and Niel Leepe The downtown traffic court is composed of three students from each of the three high schools. The members rotate the positions of Chief Justice, bailiff, and clerk of court. The purpose of the court is to give each individual teenage traffic violator more attention than he would otherwise receive. INTERCLUB COUNCIL j5 r.
