L ,,l WW We sincerely hope that you will enjoy this record of your school days during 1960-1961. May the numerous pictures and write-ups remind you that all the people shown here, your friends and teachers, have worked together to make your school life interesting and worthwhile. As to the plan of our book, the staff fina-lly decided upon the medie- val fair 'as t-he theme of this year's annual. People of the Middle Ages met at the fair of old to exchange ideas, choose the wares they desired, and enjoy whatever amusements were offered. So at Gaskill we gather to try different subjects, decide on the school courses which 'often determine our life work, and to have four share of fun with our work. We would like -to thank all the members of the staff who gave of their time and efforts to make -th-is annual a success. We would especially like to t-hank our advisers, Miss Brennan, Miss Storey, Mr. Tyszka, and Mr. Kinfan for -their assistance and endless patience. We are grateful also to Mr. Abbott and Mr. Goldstein for their encouragement. We realize that it was the united effort of all the faculty that made possible the many ac- tivities shown here. In future years, when you look at this yearbook, may you be pleas- antly reminded of y-our days at Gaskill.
