The students twenty years ago are older now. In some cases, they are today's students' parents, advisors, mentors, opponents, and teachers. Through that time, the conditions have changed, but in- side the students goals and desires have remained constant. The hopes for freedom and new opportunities as well as the fear of the unknown and the future are a common, bind- ing thread through time.
