' 'I , I M g A Q5 V BAND PERFORMS AT HOLLYWOOD CHRISTMAS PARADE The Channel Islands Band was one of the select few to be invited to participate in the Hollywood Christmas Pa- rade. I DRILL TEAM AND FLAGS WIN STATE ' COMPETITIONS The Drill Team placed first in Dance I and 'KMilitary competitions The Short Flag placed first in Single and first in Double flag competition. The Tall Flags placed fifth in Tall Flag competition. BRUCE LEDESMAN AND JEAN- ETH VILLEGAS RECIEVE OUT- STANDING BOY AND OUT- STANDING GIRL AWARD FOR THE CITY OF OXNARD. He carried on the Raider spirit and glory when he participated in the 1985 World Series. Though the Cardinals did not win in the seven games, Pendleton kept this poise to be recognized as a class athlete. Thanks to Terry Pendleton, We can all say we are proud to be Raiders! C.I.
