,E 'A' at be NEW STAFF IS EFFICIENT AND AMBITIOUS IN ALL POLICIES Chandler High School welcomed a complete- ly new administration this school year, and has seen a great deal of positive changes these men have suggested . New to Chandler positions were Dr. 'Irvin Nikolai, Associate Superintend- ent: Dr. Howard Conley, Principal, lVIr. Bob Caccamo and lVlr. William Teegerstrom, As- sistant Principals . Superintendent Dr. James T . Perry concluded his first complete year as superintendent. This staff brought a totally different feeling to the school, largely through their humanistic approach. Close ties with the students them- selves yielded a very efficient follow-through on what seemed to many a very ambitious set of goals forthe 1976-1977 school year. Yet a new and positive look was brought to the high school. lt began with the first assembly, when an easy-pop duo was engaged to do an outdoor

concert for CHS students. Other assemblies saw a healthy participation by the administra- tors . The best remembered was the lst annual Kiss-A-Pig contest that gave lVIr. Caccamo Cby popular demand? the chance to smooch with a porker named Tennille. Dr. Conley's legs al- so ran a close third in the Sexy Legs Contest held during basketball season. Somehow lVlr. Teegerstrom avoided these debatable honors . Each of these three men was likely to ap- pear at any school activity during the year. They each devoted a great amount of time to the support of extra-curricular activities of all kinds.
