im Walfeifag efjma' 0a JUNIOR CLASS OFFICERS-Seated left to right, are: Eugene Roberson, Vice President, Ken Kfffffffff, Pfefidenij MY. Jaffe Frame, Head Advisorg Myrna Carey, Secretaryg and Pal Hofladay, Treasurer. This year the Juniors, the class of '55, start- ed off with a feeling ol dignity, prestige and superiority. lNe were finally 'upper class- men'. It did show that all of the work we did in the last two years was worth every second. Now we were half way through, part of the long struggle was over, and now only two years until we walk up for the diploma. The first big event of our year was the junior Proni-'Winter VVonderland'. It was held December fifth. Almost 100 couples at- tended the dance-with music by Leo Mil- anowski's band. The second big event-and new event- was the Junior play-'The Curious Savagef The cast, under the direction of Loris Cramp- ton, worked hard to make the play a success. Many of their fellow classmen also helped in the advertising, stage, programs, properties and the many other things that go to make the play a success. Sharon Monaghan was the student director. Now with the year ending we will be mov- ing into our final school year-we are seniors. One last thought in our junior year, good- bye to the Seniors and we hope that the up- coming Juniors will have as good a time as this Junior class. Page 17
